  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.
  • Written or verbal quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

4 Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us (via call, email, or message).
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned on the agreed date.
  • For domestic cleaning, pets should be secured away from working areas during the clean.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to attend on the agreed date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (including severe weather, illness, or equipment failure) with as much notice as possible.

5 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time, free of charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the agreed service price, to cover wasted travel and preparation time.
  • In the event that we are unable to gain access to your property on the agreed date through no fault of our own, the full service fee may be charged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking on safety grounds, including unsafe access, hazardous conditions, or inappropriate customer behaviour.

6 Payment

  • Payment is due on the day of the clean for one-off jobs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For regular scheduled cleans, payment is due at the end of each calendar month.
  • We accept payment by cash or bank transfer (BACS). Payment details will be provided on request.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date.

7 Our Obligations

  • We are fully insured with public liability insurance. Documentation is available on request.
  • We will treat your property, belongings, and premises with respect at all times.
  • We will not subcontract work without your prior agreement.

8 Liability & Damage

  • In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused directly by our negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will investigate all claims promptly.
  • We will not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. loose frames, cracked glass, deteriorated UPVC, unsecured fixtures) or the natural ageing of materials.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service in which the damage occurred.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us within 24 hours of the work being completed and we will return to rectify any issues free of charge, subject to the complaint being reasonable and verifiable.

10 Health & Safety

  • We comply with all relevant UK Health and Safety legislation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are deemed unsafe, without penalty.
  • Customers must not attempt to direct or obstruct our staff during the course of work.

11 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact us directly in the first instance:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent dispute resolution through a recognised consumer arbitration or mediation scheme.

12 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (not acting in the course of a business), nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, for services booked remotely (e.g. by phone or online), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking unless you have expressly requested that work begins within that 14-day period.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
